Does CST can show the dimension of antenna in form of digits or parameters?

I designed an antenna with CST microwave software. I wanna to write a paper about this antenna but I have problem. I want to put shape of this antenna inside this paper with dimension. I'd like to know is there any option in CST which is useful for this or I should use other softwares same as Autocad ? I mean, does CST have ability to show the dimension of antenna in form of digits or parameters ? if no, which software do yo suggest me for this ? I attach an example from CST's help to clear my question.
