Need Help with TICC1110 Kit

okey. The problem is like this. When everything hooked up, I use SmartRF studio which provided by TI to talk to the development kit (transceiver). It says "Lost Device".
When opening up the system, it finds the device, however, as you click the device it says lost device? How can it be lost if it is there? Well by unplugging the USB and then replugging it and doing the same thing, the system finds the device and puts its name in the task bar where it used to say lost device. However, when bringing it to the front, the device becomes lost again.
Could someone help me with this
