ht12d not showing data what i have given on encoder side

iam checking for data transfer through ht12e and ht12d via using direct connecting dout and din pins...the problem is that ..iam giving input at data pins of encoder but the led's at decoder side are not showing while the decoder showing valid data given .....its confusing plz ...reply on it

AS you mentioned you are getting valid data from decoder.. But you are not getting for LED... kindly post the schematic of your design...
