Calculate a LC-matching network with smith card

At the picyture you see a MOS transistor with an inductive load used as a 2-port.
C_gs=2pF
g_m=25mS
r_0=400ohm
L_0=40nH
Iv' to calculate the LC-matching network for the output at 500MHz with Smitch card.

How do i've to handle this?
