Isolation of Lange or Wilkinson

For a broadband amplifier design, which architecture has better isolation between the output ports and between input and output ports, Lange or Wilkinson?

I think you can use only lange coupler or another 90 deg coupler to have a balanced amplifier

A wilkinson coupler cannot be used to balance 2 amplifiers
