s_parameter simulation on ads

Hello everybody,

I would like to perform a little simulation thanks to ADS.
I have got S parameters of a device and I would like to adapt it in 50 Ohms in Input and output.
Can you explain me out to configure my "box" with these parameters?

from data items use the 2 port , and include the s paramter file in it

Thank you, in fact my problem is how to create the s parameter file

u need to get this file from , device manufacturer
or measure it by VNA , or export it from EM simulator

and google the touchstone file format , it will help u how to create the s2p files

the SRD is anonlinear device , and can't be described
by S paramters , coz S paramters are linear representation
