How to get the s-parameter values for 1.5GHz defected ground structure

Dear sir ,
I designed the microstrip defected ground structure for the following specification
cutoff frequency = 1.3 GHz, substrate thickness (H) ==1.58mm, Relative permitivity =4.4, conductor thickness =0.0356, Characterstic impedence= 50 Ohm,electrical length=90degree.I am here with attaching the EM structure and the related document. I am expecting the following values
S (1,1)DB S(2,1)DB
1.5GHz 3.0002 3.002
Can u anybody helpme to get the above mentioned values.
