How to check different temperature values for design of LNA IN ADS.

I wish to design Low Noise Amplifier in the Ku Band using Agilent ADS. How to check different temperature values for different bias values using Agilent ADS. What Settings we need to do, can you send regarding documents for setting values different temperature values for different biasing values of LNA.

For Temperature, you have to place "Options" block and temp variable can be set in it..
In order to sweep any biasing value, you should use "Parameter Sweep" block ..
But first things first, you should read ADS Help and associated docs...
