relation b/w conversion loss and LO power in a mixer

hi... can any one please give me the relation between Conversion loss to the LO power in single Resistive FET mixer.....?

---------- Post added at 07:47 ---------- Previous post was at 07:46 ----------

how conversion loss changes when we increase the LO power? (in my case LO power is positive )

conversion loss gets reduced with increased LO power. Keeping increasing LO power eventually will reach a diminishing return.

what happens to conversion loss when i increase power at Rf port?

Actually the conversion loss of the single-end resistive mixer improve for higher LO level, peaking a top limit which depends by the bias point.
Conversion loss of these type of mixers is sensitive to the RF and IF port impedance match. This impedance could change for different LO levels.
Is recommended to terminate the RF and IF ports with resistive pads when search for proper LO power.

i am using down converter FET resistive mixer. RF power is negative i.e RF power = -10dbm, when i varies LO power from +5dbm to +10dbm the conversion losses increases i.e from -20db to -5 db.

is it ok? i mean is it working properly bcoz the conversion losses increasing......

When is about conversion loss terminology, i.e. from -20dB to -5dB, means the conversion loss decreases.
So, in other words you get less dB's of loss.
