Fet i/o capacitance finding by ads

Hi to all;
who can say to me how i can find (or calculate) the characteristics of a MOSTEF's (like Cgs or Cgd) in CMOS Technology by ADS software?

From what little I remember of my semiconductor fabrication class, those capacitance values are defined by the technology (CMOS) and the physical architecture of the device. They are values that you put into ADS (PSPICE, etc) simulations to make them more realistic.

in ADS you select just the length and width of the MOSFET's. do you work with ADS until now?
