Any materialls about GPS-MET hardware configuration?

I googled in the internet about "GPSMET"--GPS for meteorological, and found almost no hardware configuration about GPS-MET.
1. Someone told me that GPSMET is composed by several genral pcb/boards from MOTO, NoVATEL, or TRMBLE. But I have none concept about that. Who can help me?
2. What is the hardware specifications of the GPS-MET?

I knew the GPS-MET receiver is high quality dual-freqs receivers. f1=1．57542GHz, and f2=1．22760GHz.

Its not for general purpose use, but are for specific application designed by US NAVY

Trimble Net-R5. I have some simple datasheet, but I need more infos about how to use it in GPS-MET.
