Regarding differential port in cadence

I have a differential circuit and i am simulating it in cadence. I went through few threads already posted and came to know that port(psin) in cadence is balanced and I also verified it in simulation. My question is if I connect +ve side of psin (port say with 50 ohm impedance) to one terminal and -ve side to the other input terminal of the circuit then what impedance will my circuit see while looking in to the port. Like 50 ohms to both +ve and -ve side of port? I am sorry for confused language
