modal analysis of MEMS shunt switch in coventorware

Am working in RF MEMS... while doing the modal analysis of MEMS shunt switch of CPW configuration in coventorware, am getting the modal displacement in the transmission line instead of beam... pls let me know why this happens and help me in rectifying this.
