rf mems switches design in ansys 10

I don't know about Ansys 10 but ANSYS 12 version having RF MEMS switch design tutorial. You can proceed from there.

Hi the tutorial uses a structure that come with it. How can I construct a new structure from scratch for piezo actuated mems switches?
