Design of electrostatic MEMS switch using ansys

I just started working with Ansys 14, and I would like to understand how to implement a simulation TRANS126 for mems switch. How design the Beam and the air gap between the bridge and the electrode.
I would like to understand how to get the theoretical actuation voltage and how to enter initial stress (INISTATE).
