The SI analyzer is not initialized

我现在使用的是encounter13.1，在做sign off阶段会发生如下error：

<CMD> setDelayCalMode -reportOutBound false
Output report file name prefix is ../rep/signoff_pnr/xxxx.noise.viol
**ERROR: The SI analyzer is not initialized, check your flow setting and run SI analyzer again.
======
请教这个error如何解决，是和setDelayCalMode的选项有关吗?

请牛人指点啊！

之前用相同的脚本文件做130n工艺的没有问题，可现在换成55n工艺的，就出现了上述问题。
