ICC complaining no physical cell descriptions

loading tcbn28hpmbwp35hvtss0p81v125c_ecsm.db OK, but with warning:
Warning: The 'SEDFD2BWP35HVT' cell in the 'tcbn28hpmbwp35hvtss0p81v125c_ecsm' technology library does not
have corresponding physical cell description. (PSYN-024)

I knew tcbn28hpmbwp35hvtss0p81v125c_ecsm.db only have logic/timing/power info. for the standard cell, why ICC complaining the physical info.
I did have the following loaded OK for physical:
milkyway/tcbn28hpmbwp35hvt_120a/frame_only_HVH_0d5_0/tcbn28hpmbwp35hvt

这个warning一般发生在logic和physical信息不一致。比如说physical库中缺少SEDFD2BWP35HVT的CEL view。又或者logic中有三个端口，physical中却只有两个。
如果设计中没用到SEDFD2BWP35HVT，可以忽略这个warning。
