icc 读入verilog网表错误
直接打开lib看看有没有
或者report_lib
我打开看过了，有这个单元啊。
那就检查search_path, link_library, target_library
还有，你能保证lib和db是一致的吗?网上乱转的东西，多检查下

我换了一个库，icc可以读入verilog网表了，
我创建mw库时出现了下面的warning，这个对以后的操作有影响么?

这么长时间都没有解决吗?什么原因导致的知道了吗?
根本的原因应该是ICC没有找到那个cell的milkyway库，也就是那个cell的fram有问题。可以用Milkyway打开那个cell的FRAM看看.
可以参照下面的方法。
