insert_std_filler metal1短路 以及 DRC错误

insert_stdcell_filler-no_1x -cell_with_metal $FILLER_CELL_METAL -cell_without_metal $FILLER_CELL \

ICC好想并没有检查DRC错误，总是有short与DRC问题。
大家有遇到这种情况吗?
