ecoPlace 会影响clock tree吗？

各位大侠：
在sta之后发现有几个hold需要fix。在需要加buffer的地方加入clock buffer 。这个时候如果选择noplace的话，用ecoplace进行优化place，这个时候会影响clock tree吗?

ecoplace -fixPlacedInstsSpecifies that instances with the PLACED status are not moved
所以应该不会动到clock tree的。
