Layout XL (IC 5.1.41) routing
I'm using Layout XL (IC 5.1.41) function for routing use .
Has also been set up>icc.rules,
But when I chose create> wire,
Create Wire form did not displayed, why?
Who can help me?

There were several warning messages in CIWasbelow :
1. *WARNING* Export from DFII:Techfile param iccLayers is not defined.
2. *WARNING* Export from DFII:Cannot export (jj comp layout) from DFII .
The iccLayers section is nil.empty or undefined in techfile or rules file .
3. *WARNING* Error during layer table initialization .
4. *WARNING* Unable to load design data : library jj cell COMP view layout
5. *WARNING* Write Editor library unavailable for 'command_start' command
6. *WARNING* WE : Failed to init .
Can you find iccLayers in your icc.rules ?
Yes,there are iccLayers in my icc.rules.
How did you set up the icc.rules in VXL?
Options - Routing - Rules
When I choosen the,Optios > Routingthen ,
1.set up Rules>browsetheicc.rules
2.Refresh>ok
3. Create>wire
4.in CIWmessages
*WARNING*Illegal layer function diffusion specified in(("DIFF""drawing")"diffusion" "off" 0.16 0.2 nil t).

Please try to change diffusion to n_diffusion in icc.rlues file. Good luck.

I had to change diffusion to n_diffusion in icc.rlues file.
It can work , but looks like not smart .
