没听说过这个指标。从字面上看，似乎是说比较器从大输入（两端电压差别很大）转入
小输入工作状态所需要的恢复过程。

this is quite a important spec for comparator design, even though it is difficult to simulate accurately. I remember that this has been introduced in Razavi's book, principle of data conversion.
