What is the fact of I3C more effective then SPI？

Hi.
Now I'm trying to understand about I3C. and I've found mipi said that I3C can support 4 types mode. and the fastest mode is 33.3Mhz.
and as I know, SPI use system clock/2, it means that SPI is more faster than I3C.
So I'm not sure What fact of I3C is more effective then SPI?
