求助，ISE 10.1布线不通过

我设计的程序在例化了chipscope的ILA和ICON模块之后，map之后就不能布线通过，很奇怪，资源占用在加入chipscope之前只有百分之20左右，加入了chipscope模块之后老是出现以下问题ERROR:Route:471 -

ila采样深度太深了?减少一点试试
