(求助)cadence仿真电路的模型问题

各位...先问个好：
      请教下"corner model"的通俗中文名称，
      还有就是我在电路仿真加模型时，器件和模型对不上，总是提示找不到模型。大家给我个一般的对应，NMOS对应的是tt,ss,ff,fs的哪一个?我在工艺库文件里看到的只是
        .......
        (normal device corner model)
        ........
         (native device corner model)
        ........
        (fd type nmos corner model)
       我该怎么对应，小弟不胜感激...先谢过了
