DFT Compiler is not a standalone product anymore.It is integral part of DC.
If what you want is ATPG, Test compiler and Tetramax should be your target. All the licenses are available (sold at about 50-1000 RMB dependent on who the seller is) by Chinese hackers(They know little about ASIC design itself although they have stolen almost all the EDA Tools on the market).

一般DC都包括DFT compile吧

新版的DC已經把DFT compiler獨立出來,所以不在會有內包DFT Compiler在裡面！

本论坛上有DC的下载呀。安装后就有DFTC啦。license本论坛上有synopsoy的全套工具的破解方法。可以试试。
