SMIC库，我加载.tf文件的时候（使用icc）出现了：Error: ContactCode 'VIA1L' attribute 'contactCodeNumber' is assigned index 20, overriding ContactCode 'VIA10F' previously assigned to the same index. (line 1572) (TFCHK-015)，我查看了.tf文件中，确实出现了两个VIA有相同的contactCodeNumber，请问这是什么情况?是代工厂给的库文件有问题还是什么?自己可以解决吗?
我看ug上说是contactCodeNumber Identifies the via master.意思是我随意改动会不会对以后的使用产生影响?
