nios 无法打开以前的workspace

现在用的版本是10.1sp1，当打开以前的workspace的时候出如下错误：
project conversion failed for project hello_led_0 with the following error:
Error loading managed make project information for project hello_led_o, the tool definitions used to create the project are not available

换回以前的软件版本还能打开么?
谢谢回复，是我自己2了。
打开的是Nios II 10.1sp1 Software Build Tools for Eclipse， 不是IDE，打开IDE在导入workspace就没问题了
