这么古老的版本还有人用?换新版本吧。

我用了9.1和10.1但是NIOS II 是新改版的不会用

Newer versions of Nios still contain old style of IDE tools.
For example:
Altera -> Nios II  EDS 9.1 -> Legacy Nios II Tools -> Nios II  9.1 IDE

路径不要包含空格和中文字符

按照楼上说的。
在使用SOPC_Builder时，工程目录最好不要包含中文、空格以及“-”等特殊字符。
小编的工程目录在“E:/My Documents”中。
