用layout 2allegro 出错，怎么回事？

在论坛里下载的layout 2allegro ，然后运行ltoa．exe时就弹出一个layout　to　allegro的对话框，内容是这样的：Unable to initialize Allegro.
        Please verify that Allegro will execute from this workstation .
        Attempt to force the translation,anyway?(this attempt  may crash)
如果我点击是，然后translate．又弹出个 ltoa MFC Application.强迫关闭Ａllegro．
请问这是怎么回事啊，有遇到这种情况的吗，怎么解决啊?

是把ltoa．exe软件放置在allegro的安装路径下即可．
