BFP520 Spice model import problem in ADS

I have a problem when I try to import the Spice model provided by infineon ( I have download it from infineon web site). The S-parameter is not the same as in the data sheet when I run s-parameter simulation in @DS. I have also included the package parameters. The S-21 is only the value that is close to the data sheet but other S are wrong. Any sugestion or any exprience importing SPICE model to the @DS.

Have you checked the DC bias? Is it exactly the same in both cases?

Yes I have run the DC simulation and check Vce and Ic. it is the same as in the data sheet.
