Where i could define the thickness of metal in momentum?

I want to simulation a spiral inductor in momentum of @ds:

It seems no thickness related to metal layer, why?
what is the typical thickness value of top metal in 0.18um, 0.35um?

In Momentum go to "momentum" -->"Substrate"-->"Create/Modify..."
The variable "T" is for the metal layers thickness.
Go to www.rogerscorporation.com the have a lot substrate info.
Good Luck

Hi,

considering top metal thickness of laminates, you will usualy be given a value of a copper weight per square foot! This is easily converted, but not to have any doubts, these are standards

1/2 oz - 17 um

1 oz - 35 um

etc.

No one really knows why manufacturers like so much to put you trough a bit of arithmetic and confuse you while stating the tickness.

what's mean of "oz"?

1/2 oz - 17 um

1 oz - 35 um

oz is aberviation for an ounce, a mesure of weight in anglo-saxon units. You don't have to worry about it.
