Data Sheets Request

Hi,
Can anyone help me at finding datasheets of of RF3000, Rf3002 and RF2958. those are wireless LAN chipsets from RFMD, and i can't find data sheets for them on the RFMD website.

RFMD has the habit of making public prelininary data sheets and advertizments about products which will never really appear in reality.
Perhaps this is the case of yours now, and they abandoned this line.
