im doing a project in TV and i would like to know more about tv system and about mc1374 that is a tv modulator.

I you are interested in building low cost TV modulators, take a look at the TDA6060 (Infineon), TDA8722 and TDA8822 (Philips), both have appnotes on their website. Also there are other circuits too (TA1243 and TA1297 from Toshiba).
