What could be a Great ToolBox for RF

Stuff for RF has been present since 1960 and nowdays people use computers and code RF designs in EDA applications.
It would be easy to know what would be a great toolbox for RF.

what else would you add to this list a full fledged engineer *maybe* not have them because these things are expensive but must know to operate?
