replacement of 2n3632

Hi

I did a look in an old equivalent book I have. The given replacement is : BLY60. I dont know if this reference is available anymore.

does any one know other new transistor similer

2N3632 is a 28V transistor.

28 is the maximum voltage. my circuit working at 12 V

2N3632 was designed for 28V. Of course it will work at 12V, but delivering less power.
