how much miniaturization yet achieved for MPAs?

Hi all,
Does anyone know how much miniaturizatiuon is yet achieved for microstrip pa t ch antennas maintaining a reasonable bandwidth (say, 10%S11<-10)? I am working on a paper and It will help me alot.

The Gain and other spec may determine the size

tnx ghost, but i meant a resonable bandwidth and gain, 4 example 4dBi and 12%BW (S11<-14dB).
