S-Band PLL

i have design a 2.2 Ghz Oscillator using microwave transistor bfp420 now i want to lock this frquency so what are the option available to do it, please share if anybody have material on S-band PLL design .

My Final year Proiect is the same thing (S-band PLL ).Kindly introduce me who are you ?We are searching on PLL IC . visit national semi conductors site its really helpful.
