looking for TWT Amplifier

If you mean travelling wave tube amplifier you will found nothing. Your specs are impossible.

400HZ?you don't need TWT for this frequecy,tetrode or other vacuum valve is suitable.

you may look for radio transmitter design or product info on the web.

you should define your working ways of TWT,if it is single pulse,then you can buy it from RUSSIAN,its kind is relative TWT,about 1GWof single pulse ,or the pulse repetive frequency is about 100Hz,if you find CW TWT about the 8000KW,that is impossible

and i think you should read some material about how the TWT works,maybe it is help for you!

Confirm is it 8000 kilowatt or 8000 watt,
and if it is 8 megawatt in a continious mode i think it can be used as weapon, something that they show in Starwars or so.

High power is possible only in pulse applications according my knowledge.
and by the way what is your application.
