Has anybody tried to simulate the same circuit based on the same model files by Cadence and Mentor Graphics? are the simulation results similar or same?
My simulation results for NF of a mixer are quite different using these two software, 14dB in Cadence, more than 20dB in Mentor Graphics. who knows what the possible reasons are?
