Matrix compute

I get the first row of an 3X3 orthogonal matrix. How can I get the rest of which by the GramSchmidt procedure?

are u meaning to get the matrix orthoganlised? with google search u could end up in lots of examples with that... for computer programs. either look at "modern filters by Simon Haykins" or "Numerical Receipes in C'" These boooks elucidate the algorithm neatly...
