Antenna needs a separate forum!
I think Antenna is lost in microwave and RF in this forum, and becouse I am really interested in antennas, i ask you if it is possible to have a separate forum for the topic.
I can even spend some time to moderate it, if neede.
urs, mamadreza
i agree with this ideea
Hi All,
yes , I'm really feel this need.
I think mamali is absolutely right.
If you need some moderators - let me know.
I agree with Mamali.
Hi all
I think elektroda needs a forum on EM scattering which can cover antenna and radio wave propagation and the othere related topics. also boundaries between this forum and the other forum of electroda must be clarified.
Hi All,
I have quastion about these talks ,
What should be don to create a new
forum @ elektroda?
Best
Dear scaterrers :),
I think the term : "Antennas and Wireless Propagation" is the best one, as the ieee staff discovered earlier, and it covers scattering and so on so.
and, I dont know how can we make a forum here, becouse of my former experiences with phpBB2 (I modify it and made a persian version), I think one of electroda super moderators should be agree with us too :).
please notify me how can we contact with them, if possible.
and, please write your oppinions about the rooms of the forum, for example:
1.wire antennas
2.microstrip patch antennas
3.dielectric resonator antennas
4.aperture antennas
and so on.

In today, the design all consider system.
The antenna is used by system so need system knowlage. Also need microwave circuit and EM knowlage.
So I think it is difficulty to separate the antenna and other real.
Just on my opinion.
Dear IICCEE,
The system needs circuit knoledge, and circuit theory is a part of mathematics, so let us gather all electroda in a mathiematic forum.
fortunately, the science is growing so fast, and either MIMO antenna systems now is so rich that it can be gather in a separate part of telecommunication science, either its a very young opic.
thus, I advise you to look at some antenna handbooks to know what a different science it is, and what a vast scientists spent time on it, and what a huge source of litereture is in this topic. the topic has a separate IEEE group, Antenna and Propagation Society, and you may know URSI, which is even elder than IEEE. and, I think the first electrical engineer was Hertz, and he is an antenna engineer.
sincerely yours,
mamadreza
I agree too
Dienal
Ok, I think Its better someone do something, Anyone know how can we actually make Antenna and Wireless Propagation Forum?
urs, mamadreza
If you check in once a day you can notice any new antenna topics at the top of the list. The forums were divided by skill areas. Most microwave people have antenna skills.
Dear flatulent,
maybe you dont well undrestand me, here is full of paper and advise request, Its very hard to search and find interesting matters every day and every time we check the electroda, so we are going to establish a separate forum for our interests, a profational one. I am a doctorate student, and others I hink too, or at least pro. anyway, If this is the case for all the other areas, let other aea interesters do that, and if you have problem with this, we may make it somewhere else.
urs, mamadreza
i vote on mamali, that will be attractive forum that discuss any ideas,em books ,and programs simulation
thanx mamali for ur suggest
I just checked the microwave forum. There has been 24 topics posted to in the last two days. This is no hard problem to read the topic titles and recognize the words you want.
I am also put the topic "antenna forum" Posted: 13 Jan 2003 19:08
in this forum. and nothing came out from it.
PL
+1
Dear all,
thank you for your debate. those who agree and those who disagree. I think its better we first contact gulson (admin), and if it is possible, then we may dispute on it :).
urs, mamadreza
I agree with Mamali. too
