Varnett & Vigans fading ecuation

hi people, I′trying to figure out if the fading margin (i dont really kown if tha expretion is correct) that provides the Varnett & Vigans ecuation is acurate for a 2,4 GHz cell with about 5 km radius, cause Q is too high.
is there a better one?
