spdt lna

Hi!
Im searching for one RF device to modify my radio project.
T/R antenna switch with LNA integrated in the same package.
Something like

Unfortunatly Hittite havent it in production anymore.
Maybe some other manufacturer make the similar thing ?
Freq. up to 3Ghz and switch must handle power about 200mW.
