SPDT switch required

Hi all,

I need an SPDT or a SPST switch (Absorptive) which has the following requirements.

Freq : 9 GHz to 10 GHz

insertion Loss : < 1 dB

Switching speed : 100ns (Maximum)

Power handling : 5 Watt CW.

Connectorized : SMA both sides

I am searching for the part for a long time ,Please help me out if anyone knows the part is available or not !

or please suggest some vendors for the same.

For this power and switching speed you'll need a pin diode switch. I would contact the two companies below, neither one has a standard product that meets all your specs, but they both do high power pin diode switches and they both do lots of custom orders.

for Low cost, you can always design the SPDT before mixer, to lower freq requirements or lower power requirements, then you don't need to special order.
