Phase noise in MWO

Why phase noise in 120 MHZ quartz generator in simulation in MWO (ver.5.53) are on 96dbc /1kHz level ( mind it is positive value not negative) Is this error in program? other generators with BJT simulated were o.k. Simulation file to be downloaded form:
