seriouds simulation at ADS2003

hi all,he s parameer module same as datasheet but if i use the nonlinear module with the biasing condtion,the s parameter differ large from the s par. module ,what i use ,the s par. module or the nonlinear module
of LNA ATF36077

As I understood you do have the S parameters. Then use them and avoid any headaches.

There should only be a minor difference. If you have biased the nonlinear device correctly. Can you post your zap-files here so we can take a close look?
