Matching of diode impedence in Mixer design

how to measure the diode on and off resistance in ADS and which resistance is used to match the coupler if this diode is used for mixer.

I think you will need to find the matching circuit using nonlinear model for the diode and HB simulator.

I've done the same project b4 in ads, u can simply use any HB simulation controller, in my case i ve used LSSP (large signal s-parameters) & it worked effeciently, but u ve first to perform a nonlinear modeling of the diode used.
