Serial Data in MATV Coaxial

Can anyone help me ? Coz i would like to design a circuit where i can transmit serial data over the MATV system via the coaxial line to all receiver. How to superimpose the digital serial data signal into MATV signal and extract out from any outlet ? Is there any standard devices for such application ?
