I am sorry to post such a low-tech question in a forum discussing GHz, but I have a problem finding equivalent parts. I have not been doing any RF work for about 10 years, and all the parts we used then have gone obsolete.
Anybody know any modern-day equivalent to the BF256 and BF981/BF990 transistors? I need something easily available, i.e. from my local electronics shop. And preferably surface mount.
